After meeting Chuck at an open house, we quickly took him up on his offer to meet with us the next evening. At this time, he gave us an extremely thorough and no pressure overview of the entire house buying process from start to finish, expected fees and timelines, and contact information for a mortgage loan officer (who ended up being great!). He also had us fill out an online survey of our housing wants and needs which allowed us to thoroughly explain what we were looking for an allowed him to save us a bunch of time filtering out houses that were not the right fit.
At no point did we feel any pressure with our decisions, he was simply showing us what was available based on our criteria.
After this initial meeting, it was like a fog was lifted and buying a house suddenly seemed manageable. Chuck was incredibly responsive as soon as we found a house we were interested in. He would immediately call the realtor, get the information, and call or text us right away. After finding “the one”, Chuck was lightning fast at getting us in there to view it, helping us place an offer the next morning, and constantly communicating with the other realtor about details to get the offer accepted as quickly as possible. Once the offer was accepted, he took care of all the details for getting an inspector, appraiser, roofer, and plumber into the house within a few days.
We could not recommend Chuck more highly, and if you are anything like me and confused or overwhelmed about the house buying process, I encourage you to consider a no pressure meeting with him and you might be pleasantly surprised at what you learn!Location & Hours
