Chuck has been such a saving grace in our move to California
from NYC! He not only helped us with our homes, but has become a trusted friend
as well. Chuck helped us find a house to rent while we spent the year getting
acquainted with Orange County before making a purchase. He went above and
beyond (meeting our movers the day they delivered our stuff since we were still
driving across country, dealing with a difficult landlord etc).
He was equally attentive and involved in helping our
purchase- you could tell he truly cared about our transaction and had our best
interest in mind and always had our back in negotiations. Chuck is extremely
generous with his time and so responsive. As a new mom, I was constantly
contacting him with questions at all hours and he was thorough with his
research and answers. Even though chuck is newer to real estate in OC, his
expertise and knowledge rival that of someone who has done this for 20+ years.
He loves what he does and his passion is infectious. I would trust Chuck with
anything (we already did…our family!) you are in the best hands with him. We
will be forever grateful in our new home and to have gained a new friend.
