Chuck is fantastic! My husband and I are in the process of re-locating from NYC to Orange County (a big move for us) and Chuck was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. He took a ton of time early in the process to show us around and help us get acquainted with the area and what our budget would allow. As we got closer to securing a lease he was diligent and organized about obtaining all of our paperwork and presenting our package to potential landlords. He assisted in all aspects of negotiations and securing our dream home.
